About Mike
I was born in Southern California and educated in Catholic schools through high school. Married young, had two children, and now have 4 grandchildren and have a lot of experience in life. I graduated from college with a BA in Communications specializing in Public Relations. I was in Operations management and National Account sales in the oil industry for 36 years. I can’t imagine what it would be like to not know how to read. Even though it’s probably easier to get by than ever these days with all of the technology available. I want to give you the confidence you’ve always felt is lacking in your life as a result of not being able to read. I’m patient and personable. We will have fun.

Reading is something most people take for granted. We assume everyone knows how to read, in fact as I’m writing this brief description I’m thinking to myself “how are people wanting to learn how to read, read this?” I suppose someone will read for you but wouldn’t it be nice to read it yourself? I’ve been retired now for over 10 years from a large oil company lost my wife and would like to do something that can truly help someone.
