About Ruqayyah
I studied Biology during my undergraduate career and worked as a tutor for students in TRiO. I helped students with college biology, chemistry and math courses. I went on to graduate school to study Pharmaceutical Science and simultaneously worked as a teacher’s assistant for 2 years. After finishing my graduate degree, I started my dream job at Hackensack Meridian Health as a cancer researcher.
I get my passion for teaching from my mother, a speech therapist and teacher with over 30 years of experience. Helping students reach their full potential is a reward in itself. I hope that working with me not only helps improve your grades but also your confidence in any subject you are having trouble with.
