About Poulami
I am a research scholar and a clinical psychologist so interacting with people is something I have always enjoyed. Teaching is an extension of that.
Music is an integral part of my life, I like composing songs and writing poetry. They are cathartic and allow me to be unabashedly vulnerable!
I am also a pet-caregiver, currently I am taking care of two young dogs who keep me on my feet with their shenanigans.
I intend to become a Professor and I wish to lap up every opportunity I get to teach because as I have found time and again, I learn the most when I teach.

Teaching, for me, is an opportunity to interact and co-create knowledge with my students. I like creating a space where we can not only read what is given in the books but analyze it, review it and even question it through our own distinct lenses. I have a natural inclination towards using metaphors and examples when I teach, so that the basic concepts are clear. Later, we build on those concepts.
