About Madian
I am a chemist at a reputable Australian chemistry laboratory working with clients from all over the world. I have been tutoring high school students for 2 years now and students that I have helped have managed to improve from failing their chemistry classes to passing, from no confidence in the subject to strong confidence and a proper understanding of Chemistry.

I approach the topic by firstly instilling the foundations, as without a correct foundations, everything else topples. This will not only help you in the short term but also in the long term when learning more advanced chemistry topics or other subjects alike. I start my classes with a short discussion between the students and I, this is an opportunity for students to raise all their concerns about the subject matter. This helps me scope and tailor the tutorial specific to the student in order to increase the effectiveness of the lesson. What follows, is a lesson teaching exactly what the students need with periods in between for discussions.
My teaching method is casual but at the end of the lesson there is always pressure and testing applied to the student in order to build resilience, confidence and performance in examinations.
