About SANDEEP

Prof. Sandeep Kumar R is BBM (HR) from Bangalore University and MBA (MARKETING) from Visvesvaraya Technological University, M.COM from MKU and is KSET (Management) and UGC-NET (Management) qualified. He is currently handling MBA, M.COM & PGDBA courses. He has profound knowledge in the subjects of his expertise. He is also the “PROJECT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEMBER” affiliated to Bangalore University affiliated institution. He has guided 600+ MBA & M.COM students in successfully completing their university projects affiliated to Bangalore University & Bengaluru City University. He has been instrumental in shaping the curriculum and career of several students. He is an eminent scholar and has authored several research papers at national and international conferences which have been presented and included in the book of proceedings and also in journal publications bearing ISSN and ISBN numbers. He has also authored chapters for the book titled “FINANCIAL FRAUDS & SCAMS, NEXUS BETWEEN CORPORATE, BANKS AND STOCK MARKET”, published by a reputed national publisher. He has been Chaired as the honorable member of the judging committee to judge the papers presented in the National Conference on “EMERGING TRENDS IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT”, Bangalore. He has also chaired as the chief guest for judging the advertisement campaign prepared by the students, Bangalore. He has actively participated in several national level and international level conferences, seminars, endowment lectures, faculty development programs, management development programs, workshops, symposiums and faculty orientation program at university level on the research methodology for the guidance of MBA dissertations. He has published his research papers in several international research journals recognized by UGC and Scopus indexed journal publications of international repute and standards. He has achieved 100% results in the subjects specialized. His area of expertise includes Talent and Knowledge Management, Entrepreneurship and Ethics, Organizational Behavior, Commodity Markets, Human Resource Management, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Business Marketing, Services Marketing, Strategic Brand Management, International Marketing Strategy, Advertising and Integrated Brand Management. He has two prestigious awards to his credit, “INDO GLOBAL EXEMPLARY EDUCATIONIST AWARD” & “ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT TEACHER AWARD” which was presented to him by The Indo Global Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture (IGCCIA) Pune, at Hotel Vivanta by TAJ, Panji, Goa. He has won accolades in his academics by achieving excellent results in both UG & PG university examinations. He has also contributed to the civil society by actively participating in several social service initiatives & campaigns across Bengaluru city.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology usually includes PowerPoint presentations, educational videos, documentaries, case study analysis, practical exercises. Teaching for me is a two-way interaction between me and my students facilitating good understanding of the subject and topics under study. It becomes essential in getting to know the student insights while learning. *Carried out practical sessions by incorporating industry examples with explanation about the purpose of the topics being discussed in class. *Creating opportunities for participation of students in discussion for being efficient in the communication. *Directing the students on how to use the study material for positive results in work. *Providing the proper feedback to the students for the further development. *Provided students with information outside the classroom such as the future prospects in the subject, the competitive exams, etc. * I Provide counseling, life coach and mentoring. * A very good listener to all your queries and confusions and developing effective action plans to become successful.
