My strategies for learning Spanish have given me the confidence to learn Portuguese as well. I am now a more confident learner in all areas of life as learning languages has pushed me to seek the most effective learning techniques based in neuroscience. My work as a licensed therapist gives me an edge when it comes to engaging with teaching and helping people stay motivated. Learning a new language is not easy, but when we begin to see the progress we are making, motivation and enthusiasm is sure to follow.
