About Joshua
I have been a Registered Nurse for the last six years. I have worked in several settings: Orthopedics, Neurology, Urology, Colon/Rectal, Cardiology, ED, and PCU. I am a preceptor. So when we have new hires, I come along side them and train them for three months.
I have been a personal trainer for nine years. I have worked as a personal trainer as well as a physical therapist tech. I love watching people become the best version of their self and do it in a safe and healthy environment.
