Elise is the most kind, empathetic, and patient person I know. Everyone that meets her feels instantly at ease due to her amazing ability to form connections and make others feel safe. Having had experience creating a song with Elise as a non-musical person, she made the entire experience educational, fun, and completely removed my natural ability to get nervous when trying something new and scary. If I had to learn from ANYBODY it would be Elise Felsbourg.

Elise is extremely knowledgeable and explains skills in an accessible manner. She has worked with a range of students from adults, to kids to teens, to the elderly, as well as neurodivergent people and people with intellectual disabilities. I would trust her to deliver kind, empathetic, innovative tutoring to anyone. She is also a music therapist, so can do more than just teach. I highly rate Elise as a guitar tutor, she has taught me so much in a short amount of time.

Elise and I have been friends for almost 20 years. She’s incredibly honest, kind and fun to be around. She’s helped me learn guitar in the past and has always been incredibly patient even as a friend who I’m close with, she’s one of the most dedicated and passionate people I’ve met in the music industry and this extends to her every day life. She’s a great listener and will take her time to make sure you’re learning. She’s great at explaining technical and difficult topics and finding a way to learn in the most affective way for you. I would recommend Elise to teach any age, and any skill level! She’s fantastic.
