About Damilola
My name is Oluwadamilola Olorunmota. I am a UK registered dietitian/nutritionist who enjoys imparting knowledge and enabling people. I've worked with different people of different ages and walks of life and I've come to appreciate the importance and value of passing on knowledge from one generation to another. I love that teaching is a culture that will never go extinct.

I teach nutrition from the basics and my plans are tailor made for individuals. I teach people not only to make better choices but to be able to teach others how to make smart nutrition choices
