Focusing on classical repertoire, accompaniment skills, and chord voicing remains my core specialty. It feels like music theory should be approachable, not a mountain to climb.

Many beginners struggle with stiff fingers because they try to play too fast too soon. Slowing down is actually the fastest way to get better at the piano. I use my BS Recording Arts background to help you hear the nuances in your own rhythm and expression. We begin with a diagnostic assessment to see exactly where you stand.
This allows us to set a learning plan that fits your specific needs perfectly. You get to lead the way while I offer the tools to navigate the keys with ease.
My goal is to keep our time together relaxed and focused on your goals. You will find that building a solid technical foundation feels quite simple. I promise to keep the pressure low as we move through your musical journey.
