About Miguel
I'm Miguel, I’ve been playing for 20 years and recording for 10. The last 2 years I’ve taken a hiatus from performing but I have such a large amount of knowledge and experience I'm positive I can help you with your playing. I’m jazz trained which means whether you want to play polka, death metal, Latin music, or just rock out, I can show you how to do it.

There are so many technical skills to grasp while learning to play drums. It’s easy to get overwhelmed trying to become adequate at the instrument. I was taught by a Berklee graduate who made his living touring with the U.S. Navy. He showed me how to be technically proficient and then how to find a style. If you feel stuck finding the way you’d like to sound or are just having a problem with technique? Even just one or two lessons could give you the tools you need to enjoy yourself playing.
