About Sid
Recently graduated high school with a 97.8 ATAR having studied Specialist Maths, Methods, Physics and Chemistry. My main goal with tutoring these subjects is to remove the belief that these subjects are only for "smart" kids. I want to make this level of study accessible for anyone who is willing to put in the effort, no matter how well you've done in the past. Take it from someone who nearly failed year 7 maths and finished high school in the top 2.2% of the state: Change is possible, and my job is to help anyone achieve that.

I specialize in the kinematic learning style (learning by doing), with a strong belief that making mistakes is the best way to improve at anything. I tend to work through content alongside the student, interacting and asking questions as we go. This allows me to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the student. I then like to provide examples for them to work through independently to the best of their abilities, and provide feedback on their processes and technique as they complete each question. My minimum lesson length is 1 hour and maximum is however long the client needs. Lessons aimed towards academic high school students in years 11/12. I have 50+ hours of tutoring experience (volunteering and paid)
