About Rutba Khan
I am Rutba khan from kashmir, India. I have recently completed my Master's degree. Till date I have gained my knowledge from books, teachers, experiences, elders, internet and so on. No doubt the knowledge I have will help me, but I would be more satisfied if it would benefit others as well. We never know which experience, word, sentence of mine would inspire a single student . And I believe it's the dream of a teacher to change his student's life for his betterment. So I have this dream which I can achieve with my knowledge, courage and zest.

A teacher should always be cooperative and understanding. If he/she understands what his student needs at the right time, many problems would get solved. And the teacher should always introduce new ways of teaching which would fascinate the students every new day. A teacher should make the environment of the class energetic by involving every student in the activity, chance should be given to every student at every step and not a single student should be left out at any point. And most important teacher should make sure that his way of teaching is making every student happy and interested in learning.
