About Maddy
Hi! I’m currently a gap year student with a strong passion for teaching English, and I’m excited to help you improve your skills. Alongside tutoring, I work as a nanny and an SEN (Special Educational Needs) tutor, which has deepened my love for working with children and young adults. I genuinely enjoy seeing my students grow and gain confidence in their abilities, and knowing that I’ve contributed to their learning journey makes me so happy. My goal as a tutor is not just to help you succeed academically but also to make English engaging and enjoyable. I believe in making lessons interactive and tailored to each student’s unique learning style, whether it’s through writing, reading, or critical analysis. I want to help you feel more confident in your English skills, and together, we’ll work toward your goals in a supportive, positive environment.

As a gap year student with AAA A Levels, including A*s in English and Religious Studies, I offer a personalised and approachable tutoring style that helps students feel at ease.
