About Ed
I'm a recent WSET Diploma Graduate, and I'm keen on helping others out, to help them achieve success in their own exams.
For Level 2, 3, 4, you might be stressed, and feeling like there is a lot of ground to cover. I can help based on my own experience, things that worked for me in my studying.
I'm working as a Central Otago Wine Tour Guide, so I'm a specialist in Central Otago wine, and Pinot Noir in particular. I really like breaking down tricky theory-based wine questions into easy-to-understand concepts.
My lessons will be relaxed and informal, remember, wine is fun!

My tutoring will aim to cement your knowledge of the WSET material, as we go over certain wine regions and countries, answering your queries, and advising you on the key details to remember for each section, certain soil types, key varieties, names of wind systems etc.
We can also practice exam technique, as we prepare essay plans based on countries/regions/styles already covered; this is particularly key for Level 4 students.
We can also practice tasting technique, going over certain wines, either as dry or full tasting sessions.
Lessons will be around 45 minutes.
