I have been giving lesson in the past year of my uni life and whenever students needed help in between as well.
I have worked as an intern under engineering in Wood recently

my teaching method would be looking at the students' syllabus, working out a plan of study for them.
I would try adopting to the students' style of learning like video, kinesthetic etc. to be able to teach them efficiently.
If students prefer dot points , brief answers or flash cards, that would be the way I would be teaching
