About Mustafa
I have had significant tutoring experience from as early as high school where I worked a part time as a Biology peer-tutor. In college, I was trained in a tutoring internship where I tutored students and was later critiqued on how to improve.
Upon excelling in the class, I worked as a Physics I/II and Calculus I/II/III tutor for about 2 years. Furthermore, after college, I taught science at a middle school for half a year.
I have been credited with improving the performance of about 90% of my 20 students!

I graduated with a physics bachelor's degree (Cum Laude Honors) last year from Binghamton University. Now, I am preparing to enter graduate school for my Ph.D. in astrophysics.
My tutoring style puts the student(s) in the center of the learning experience. I guide students with open-ended questions and strive to get students to come up with the answers themselves. Rather than spoon-feeding information to students, this method teaches effective learning skills and promotes knowledge retention and overall academic success!
