My pedagogy is based on new approach as per suggested in New Education Policy 2020. I use relevant and current materials to enhance my topic. My approach is top down instead of bottom up which is outdated. I have new ideas and methods practically applied during my internship. Planing-execution-reflection is basically my mantra.
