About Imogen
I am a recent graduate with a 2:1 bachelors degree in History from Newcastle University. I achieved A*s in History at both GCSE and A-Level. I have had recent experience in teaching both groups and individuals (including those with disabilities) whilst volunteering abroad with VSO, which including teaching challenging students on difficult topics. Throughout my degree I developed experience in teaching, through both presentations and helping/working with peers. I can offer tutoring for both exam preparation and essay writing; I would be comfortable focussing on specific skills for achieving high grades in history, or with broader revision and exam techniques. I am both enthusiastic and approachable, very patient, and a good listener as well as a good teacher. I look forward to hearing from you!
