About Marci
In middle and high school, I was a straight A student and utilized my study tactics as a student at LSU, helping me earn many 100% marks in advanced courses. I relate to people who have to work harder in school due to learning disabilities so my services are for those at all levels of learning. It is my goal to help my mentees develop strong studying and organizational skills that they can use beyond my services.

A typical session with me would begin with assessing upcoming due dates and prioritizing materials. Then, we will draft an outline of things to cover and create study sheets. In my experience, condensing important materials onto a few sheets of paper was the most effective way to learn the material. I also utilize flashcards to understand basic concepts and equations. I prefer to use paper, pencils, and colors to prepare materials to help me succeed in a working setting.
My sessions are for students of all skills, levels, and abilities. Remaining patient and problem solving are two skills of mine that I find come in handy when working with all individuals. I excel with all science materials, most math subjects, English/writing, and history. However, I am willing to work with all class materials and test preparation.
