About Henry
I have been tutoring since high school and throughout college. In high school, I would tutor 3 students at most. In college, it was mostly one-on-one. I have tested out of Calculus 1 and 2 (AP Calc BC), as well as University Mechanics (200 level) before starting my college courses.

I currently have a bachelor's in mechanical engineering. I like to teach using visuals whenever applicable (i.e. drawings, schematics/diagrams, physical objects) to show or prove a concept. If the question involves memorization, I would use mnemonics (i.e. Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally). Lastly, I tell students to think about a scenario that would use that concept and walk through it step-by-step. Sometimes I will provide the scenario and walk through it myself and see if they can follow along with it and change it if necessary until it makes sense.

Details
If I have to travel more than 50 miles (~80 km), then I will charge $20 for travel mainly to cover for gas (subject to change depending on the weather). If it's less than 60 miles, then there won't be a travel cost. Everything I just mentioned is a baseline and can be up for negotiation.
