Hello, my name is Elena, and I'm a recent chemical engineering graduate. I've been tutoring friends and family members for 3 years, seeing success with students from grades 6 to 11. I use a show-teach-do approach for high school-level math and chemistry, focused in prompting the student to work through problems on their own once they've been taught strategies to solve problems.
I teach online using a drawing tablet and discord voice-call, and make myself available for quick questions on content through text features. I do this specifically so students can jump right into learning with a conversational interface they're likely already used to.

AHHHH SAVED MY AP PRE CALC GRADE... I was legit suffering, I came out of Algebra 2 the year prior with a whopping 71% (I almost failed) but the comeback I felt with her was immense!
