Ray has been tutoring my daughter for over 3 months now and we have seen a great improvement in her math grade. I had tried three tutors before I found Ray and I am so thankful that we did. I explained to him that my daughter was having a difficult time in her Algebra class and that I was having a hard time explaining it, as it is the new common core method. I mentioned to him that my daughter is very shy and I wasn't sure he would get her to talk much but to my surprise, he really has done a great job in getting her to talk through each math problem. He engages my daughter and encourages questions especially when he suspects she isn't really sure on a particular math problem. I can't give enough praise to Ray; he is always on time and gets right to work, he never leaves unless he's sure my daughter understands the math lesson.
