My name is Sujit, and I have been cooking for over 19 years. I am Indian by heart and culture, and currently living in New Zealand. My cooking journey is deeply rooted in traditional village kitchens as well as Indian urban food culture. I enjoy sharing practical techniques, real flavors, and desi cooking wisdom that make everyday cooking simple, authentic, and enjoyable.
