About Phumelele
I am an organized and proactive university graduate who has a passion for helping others . I have a proven knowledge of efficiency improvement, organization and team building. Along with my physical experience in community work such as working in old age homes, children's orphanages and school fun fairs comes my passion for children. Frequently known as adaptable, I can be relied upon to help and add value to your company to achieve its goals ad intentions to the best of my ability. With minimal experience in teaching English, I have the relevant experience in communication skills to became an efficient and valuable English teacher. I studied English as a home language in high school (Grade 12) and have majored in University modules such as Communication Skills, English Planning Research, Legal Principles and Procedures and Development Theory.
I have great experience with children as I have done community work with them and have led and taught Sunday School Programs at church and have tutored my nieces and nephews with homework.
In addition, I have leadership qualities and experience from past work experience that included field work alongside other employees and leading sports teams in high school.

I base my classes on learning and understanding each individual and how they absorb information, react to teachings aa well as their intellect. Since all students are not the same and respond differently to various teaching methods, this will allow me to tailor my teaching method according to each student in a structured, productive, disciplined and fun manner that will encourage them to want to learn more.
