About Anisa
Hi, My name is Anisa and I am a qualified teacher with QTS. I have four years of experience, working with students across primary and secondary years. During my sessions I am happy to go through homework worksheets provided by the school as well as my own resources tailored to the needs of each student. I find that tutees work best this way as each student learns differently, with their own strengths and areas of improvement, which needs to be nurtured in order to ensure they have the best chance of success. I utilise a range of resources, as I believe variety is vital to maintaining focus and passion, such as videos, images, text, flash cards or games. A benefit of tutoring is that the sessions can be as creative as possible, with less restrictions than a classroom, allowing the student to learn at their own pace, with relevant contextual cues.
