About Adam
I have been tutoring for the past five years and am a fully qualified teacher. I specialise in inspiring students to fulfil their potential in both the Key Stage 2 and 11+ assessments. Moreover, I have also supported secondary level students to become more confident in their learning in maths and biology. Furthermore, I have worked with a number of functional skills students with their assessments also. Wherever possible I try to make my sessions student-centred by making sure that the content is tailored to their interest and strengths. I endeavour to use a progressive model of learning which allows pupils to self-assess their work and become confident in the knowledge that they have ascertained.

My highly engaging and motivating lessons are delivered in line with each student's interests and strengths. Regularly students will have the opportunity to self assess their learning ensuring that each student can evaluate their progress and take pride in their achievements. Each lesson will last approximately 45 mins and will strive to enhance student confidence in the subject area through a range of interactive tasks and activities. The lessons I teach are offered to Key Stage 2, Secondary and Functional Skills students.
