I have had the privilege to know James professionally and musically over the years. It never fails to amaze me at his ability to connect with his students and give them the tools to further foster their musical talent and grow beyond what they imagined.

This man has a deep passion for his craft and is an attentive listener, consistently adapting to the needs of his group. Not to mention he is EXCEPTIONALLY talented within his art form.

Accolades aside, he is grounded, caring and inspirational on many levels. I wish I had a teacher like him growing up and it is an honour to witness him as an artist, a mentor and a lecturer.

James is my University lecturer. He is highly intuitive and genuinely cares about the progression of his students. He is deeply knowledgeable in many fields including Hip Hop and music production and his willingness to share and expand upon this is one of the many reasons I've enjoyed my time being his student. He is also a genuinely good person and nice to be around. Learn some stuff from this guy!
