About Leanne
Hi, I’m Leanne — a qualified business secondary teacher and mentor with a passion for helping young people reach their potential. I specialise in supporting neurodivergent students and those needing extra help with executive functioning skills such as organisation, time management, planning, and study strategies.
With experience working alongside NDIS participants, I tailor my approach to each learner’s unique strengths, interests, and goals. Whether it’s building confidence in school subjects, improving motivation, or developing independence skills, I focus on practical strategies that make learning engaging and achievable.
My sessions are supportive, flexible, and focused on building real-world skills that last beyond the classroom.

This 45-minute session focuses on strengthening the practical skills that help students manage everyday demands — both in and beyond the classroom. Using real examples from school, work, or home routines, students learn how to plan tasks, stay organised, manage time, and maintain focus when things feel overwhelming.
Each session begins with a quick check-in to identify what’s working and what’s getting in the way. From there, we break big goals into small, achievable steps and use hands-on tools like visual planners, checklists, and routines to build independence and confidence.
Whether your young person struggles to start assignments, remember deadlines, or juggle competing priorities, this lesson offers targeted strategies to make life feel more manageable — and progress more visible.
