About Noriko
I'm very easy to get on with, approachable, trustworthy and punctual. As my intention is to have only a few students at one time, I can be flexible with working hours.
I have taught Maths at a few secondary schools in Huddersfield after completing my PGCE (secondary Maths) in 2010. 6 years of tutoring (mainly GCSE students) and running my own business until 2020, the I decided to move to Cheshire in 2021.
You will notice that I am Japanese but my English is very fluent. I have lived in west Yorkshire for 26 years so you might find a slight Yorkshire accent in my English!

My tutoring style is flexible and tailored for each individual student. We can go through past paper together or concentrate on a particular topic or higher level questions for you to achieve your potential. If you need help with your homework, I can help you with that too. It is all about your learning.
I intend to finish in just over an hour but we can carry on as long as you are free to do so until you are satisfied.
I also use an individual notebook so at the beginning of each session a couple of questions are chosen for you from your previous lesson to consolidate your understanding.
