About Aelaha
I am a passionate and experienced primary school teacher with a deep commitment to helping students discover their strengths and achieve success. From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by the power of language and the joy it brings in connecting people and ideas. Teaching KS2 English allows me to share this enthusiasm while guiding students to build essential skills for their future. My journey into teaching was driven by my love of working with children and seeing their confidence grow as they overcome challenges. I aim to create a safe and encouraging space where every student feels valued and motivated to give their best. Whether it’s through exploring imaginative stories or mastering the structure of a persuasive argument, my goal is to make learning meaningful and enjoyable. As a qualified and experienced primary school teacher, I specialise in delivering engaging and effective KS2 English lessons tailored to each student’s individual needs. My teaching style is creative and interactive, using proven strategies such as visual aids, structured writing techniques, and discussion-based learning to make lessons both enjoyable and impactful. Lessons typically last one hour, providing enough time to cover key areas such as creative writing, comprehension, grammar, and spelling in a focused yet supportive manner. My sessions are carefully structured to build confidence, develop skills, and inspire a love for learning. With a PGDE from UCL and over five years of teaching experience, I have a strong track record of helping students aged 7-11 achieve their goals. Whether your child needs extra support, is preparing for exams, or wants to stretch their abilities, my lessons are designed to meet their needs and help them excel in English.
