About Dominic
I enjoy teaching all types of students I am proud of my students who get A* /As as I am with students who get a C and reach their grade target. I design my own worksheets to build understanding and target areas of weakness. I like to use exam-style questions and read examiners' reports to prepare students for exams. I like to use online tech but also basic props for demonstrations which can provide a different perspective. I enjoy teaching students of all abilities and stages. I am currently pursuing an MSc in theoretical physics so my schedule is flexible.

I bring over 5 years of classroom experience across a broad spectrum of educational settings, including comprehensive schools, academies, free schools, independent and international schools.
I like to use evidence-based teaching practices from cognitive science and direct instruction in addition to exam-specific techniques. I like to focus on long-term learning and developing mastery leading to more confidence in physics and maths students.
