About Martin
I am an energetic and passionate fitness trainer who strongly believes in improving the body through proper physical education a good mental discipline.
From an early age I practiced many martial art disciplines, including Taekwondo, Shaolin Kung-Fu and Capoeira. Thanks to these I was inspired to build my training plans and help people acquire new skills.
