About Ekua
I am a qualified occupational therapist with experience supporting individuals with mental health challenges. I take a compassionate, strengths-based, and person-centred approach, helping people build routines, manage stress, improve motivation, and develop practical coping strategies. My aim is to support confidence, independence, and wellbeing, enabling meaningful participation in daily life at a pace that feels safe and achievable.

My sessions focus on supporting mental health through practical, person-centred occupational therapy strategies. We work on routines, emotional regulation, motivation, and daily functioning in a calm, supportive, non-judgemental space. Sessions are tailored to your goals and may include coping strategies, habit-building, energy management, and confidence-building to support wellbeing and meaningful daily life.
