I taught Maths in the classroom for 6 years before specialising in 1-1 work. I spend the day working with students who are not in school full time, as well as after school sessions for those who are.

I approach each student differently, but most of my lessons are based around what topic the student has struggled with in school and I provide guidance with examples and exercises for the student to complete. For some other students, we work through a workbook or scheme of work. I have many resources from when I was in the classroom, such as games and puzzles, that I also use.
