About Aishwarya

I am Aishwarya B, a B.Ed. certified Mathematics teacher and ex-Cognizant Software Engineer with over 4 years of real industry experience in Java development.
I hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics. This means I am not just someone who knows the subject — I am formally trained and qualified to teach it.
During my 4 years at Cognizant Technology Solutions, one of India's top IT companies, I worked as a Java Developer on enterprise-level applications. I also mentored junior developers and conducted training sessions, which gave me strong instructional and communication skills beyond the classroom.
I am fluent in both English and Tamil, so students can learn comfortably in the language they prefer. I am patient, approachable, and genuinely passionate about helping every student succeed — whether they find Math difficult or are just starting their Java journey.

About the lesson

I believe every student can learn — they just need the right teacher. My classes are structured, simple, and practical.
For Mathematics, I break down every problem step by step, making even the hardest topics feel manageable and easy to understand. I use real-life examples, visual diagrams, and practice problems to build a strong foundation in Maths for every student.
For Java Programming, I connect every concept to real-world industry experience from my 4 years at Cognizant, so students understand not just the 'how' but also the 'why'. Students learn the way professionals actually code in top software companies.
Each class follows a simple structure — quick revision of the previous topic, new concept explained with live examples, problem solving together, and ending with doubt clearing. I teach in simple English or Tamil based on student comfort.
