About Jinny
UK qualified PGCE Mathematics teacher with a UK first class honours degree. I have taught Maths at secondary school level to students from years 7 to 13. I am also a current GCSE Edexcel Maths Examiner working for Pearson. My tutoring experience is over 15 years.

As an experienced Maths teacher and tutor, I tailor my teaching to the requirements of the student and exam board curriculum in order to ensure success. As an official Edexcel GCSE examiner, I am able to assess and teach examination techniques to my students. I am flexible in my teaching approach and can accommodate the different learning styles of my students. I also helped adults gain their GCSE Maths qualification. I enjoy teaching maths and hope to pass this on to my students, young and old. I have an up to date DBS check.

Wonderful teacher helped both my children achieve great levels in their Maths GCSEs. My older son was struggling with Maths at school was in a low set, had poor confidence in maths. Jinny helped him understand where he was going wrong and focused on his weakest topics: algebra and geometry. She taught him how to answer exam questions and what an examiner looked for in an answer. Very approachable and highly recommended.
