Can you do it? There are no shortcuts. It will be hard physically and mentally. If you can accept that, you are halfway there. This is where I can help you. I'm here to get you the body you want, and maintain or build upon it. I run 1:1 PT sessions at Affinity Fitness, with a specific structure, plan and nutritional guidance to achieve your goals. I offer online workout programs via a personalized fitness app with specific programs for your goals, weekly check-ins, videos on exercise technique and stretching, ability of app integration (MyFitnessPal, Google Fit etc.), step counting, calorie tracking, habit coaching, etc. Any level of fitness is welcome to come and take on the challenge, and say you CAN DO IT! and achieve your goals.
