I fisrt assess the present state of health based upon age, life style, weight and height (anthropometry) in addition to Laboratory investigation reports, if available. Since many factors are hereditary ( Diabetes,Thyroid, Heart diseases, Cancer etc) full family history from paternal as well as maternal side is required.
