About Stephanie
Having danced since the age of 2, it has been a lifelong passion and one that I continue to develop as I move through different stages in my own life.
About 5 years ago I found the perfect channel of my passion, which is to be a Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator. It combines all of my interests in Dance, Spirituality, Healing and Wellness.
Since then I have been lucky to have the opportunities to share this with various groups and in different festivals.
Moving online allows me to reach a wider audience and connect on a more individual level with my students.
I am excited to see what will unfold in our classes.
