Each session lasts for an hour and documentation is provided covering aspects of Personal Development - Confidence building, Self-awareness and esteem. How to deal with conflict, emotional intelligence and resilience. How to avoid burn out by dealing with stress. Dealing with Health issues, confronting fears and limiting beliefs, guiding to be the person you want to be. Sessions can be tailored to individual needs.
