About Marinda
My name is Marinda. I'm a wife and a mom of 2 young toddlers.
I have been a Biokineticist since 2016, after graduating from Tshwane University of Technology with an Honors degree in Biokinetics in 2014.
I love to help people achieve their goals, and improve their quality of life. Its rewarding to see people do things they thought they would never again be able to do or gave up on doing.
I have experience in working with people from all age groups, ranging from 6 years to 85 years of age.

Lessons can range from 30 -45 minutes, depending on your needs and goals.
If it is injury related a thorough evaluation (with full disclosure of your "condition") will be needed to optimize your recovery.
Session Intensity will again depend on your needs, goals and history.
Sessions can take place in English or Afrikaans.
This service is aimed at anyone who needs to improve their functional ability, quality of life, physical capabilities and general well-being.
