About Georgia
Welcome to my classroom! I am Teacher Georgia, a qualified prep school teacher holding a Bachelor of Education degree in Foundation Phase teaching.
I specialise in early childhood development, helping young learners build a strong, confident start in English literacy, reading, and foundational maths. Because I am an active classroom teacher, I know exactly how to guide young minds towards their academic milestones with patience and clarity.
My lessons combine professional, evidence-based methods with a highly engaging approach. I am fully certified in both Jolly Phonics (for fluent reading and sound-blending) and Six Bricks (for play-based brain development).

I am a qualified Foundation Phase educator holding a Bachelor of Education degree, with hands-on classroom experience across foundation phase. Specialising in early literacy and foundational mathematics, my teaching methodology focuses on learning that bridges the gap between concrete concepts and abstract understanding. I hold specialised certifications in Jolly Phonics, which I use to build strong reading and blending skills, and Six Bricks, incorporating play-based tools to enhance executive functioning and spatial development. Grounded in my certification in Protective Behaviours, I am deeply committed to maintaining an emotionally secure, empowering, and positive classroom environment where young learners feel safe to explore, grow, and unlock their full potential.
