About DR AWANG YUSOP ADOM
I was involved as a full time Lecturer since 2006 and employed in few Private Universities in Sarawak and West Malaysia. The most popular private universities I was employed such as SWINBURNE , UTAR, INTI, UCSI, and UNITAR, The courses that I was teaching were PhD, MBA, and Undergraduate and specializing in teaching and supervising Research and project papers of PhD and MBA courses. I am capable of teaching most of business and management subjects include economics. Involved and working in few industries such as timber, shipping, insurances and education. I was also involved in many functional department such as marketing, production, administration , import export and logistics.

My teaching methods are normally lecturing using Power Points by explaining all the important keywords follow by real life examples. During lecturing , students are encouraged to ask questions and two ways communication with students throughout lecture session by asking questions and discussion. Before and after lecture , provide students with short quiz with marks awarded as to encourage students to read the topic covered before the lecture. The quiz marks would be included in the final mark for the subject at the end of the semester. Tutorial questions shall be provided after completion of each topic.
At any time after classes , students are encouraged to ask question by using wasapp or e mail or audio messages to me.
Philosophy of teaching, a very friendly relationship with all students to encourage them to communicate with lectures continuously for obtaining better understanding of the subject. Philosophy of empathy and
compassionate and freedom of two ways communication.

Details
The rates are negotiable based on the courses taken by students. The first three lessons shall free of charge for on line teaching using google classroom. After three sessions, if the student feels satisfied with the teaching then rates shall be negotiated and agreed by both parties.
PhD RM 50 per hour on line teaching, MBA RM 30 per hour on line teaching and undergrad RM 20 per hour on line teaching. The lecture session would include Q and A, and free of charge and outside lecture session at anytime by using e mail or wassapp.
