About Kevin
I'm the VP of Engineering for Loma - my day-to-day consists of code reviews, programming, building statistical models, and mentoring our software development team.
My approach to teaching has always been hands-on. We will try to figure out the problem together, a core tenet to pair programming. This approach allows us to, at minimum, provide two different approaches to the problem & discuss the approaches - challenging both ideas & learning from them.

Hands-on, we'll be solving real-world problems (provided by you, or we can go through examples in Kaggle & Github).
