About Kaia
I hold a strong background in computer science and have spent the past 6 years teaching Python to university students, working professionals, and advanced learners. My experience includes classroom teaching, online instruction, and mentoring students in both academic and real-world coding challenges. My Python lessons are designed to help students build a solid foundation in programming while gaining confidence in solving real-world problems. Each session combines theory with hands-on coding exercises, ensuring students not only understand concepts but can also apply them practically. Lessons begin with basic explanations and gradually move into advanced problem-solving and debugging strategies. I specialise in teaching Data Structures and Object-Oriented Programming—two pillars of Python that are critical for academic success and industry readiness. Topics like lists, dictionaries, classes, and inheritance are taught with relevant examples, visual explanations, and code walkthroughs. Students also learn how to write clean, modular, and efficient code that meets modern development standards. In addition to regular lessons, I assist students with Python-based assignments, project development, and exam preparation. Whether it’s writing optimised code, understanding error messages, or interpreting exam questions, I provide clear guidance and practical tips.
