Consistency: Maintain consistency in my teaching methods and grading. My learners should know what to expect from me.
Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to help them improve and Acknowledging their efforts and offer guidance for growth.
Engagement: Create an engaging and interactive learning environment. Use various teaching techniques to keep students involved.

I worked as an IELTS connecting young minds and worked as Primary Facilitator making me reinforce in my skill to connect little children. I started my career connecting Korean adults helping them in their English spoken skills.
