Namaste my name is Ankur. I am a yoga instructor. I am currently working with Yuj Valley, a certified yoga studio in Patna. In spite of this, I have worked in many yoga studios in Patna. I have been practicing yoga for 6 years and after years of practice, I have attained command over asanas, Pranayam, and guided meditation. I mainly take out call patients who are suffering from diseases like diabetes, cervical spondylitis, sciatica pain, arthritis. Moreover, I can also take classes for general fitness. People who want to learn yoga, increase flexibility, find balance and harmony and peace they can contact me.
