About Samantha
I knew I wanted to be an educator during one specific time in my life: seventh grade. When my English teacher (who I loved) started our Greek Mythology unit, she introduced Rick Riordan, the author of the Percy Jackson series. I remember falling in love with the book, and read all of Mr. Riordan's books when we finished our unit.
This also inspired me to want to work with children with disabilities, whether it be dyslexia, autism, or anything in between.
I also was a babysitter and nanny for 14 years, and often tutored and assisted with homework.
P.S. I have 2 cats named Mrs. Pickles and Abby who sometimes join me for my lessons in my home office - feel free to ask to say hi to them!

We can slow it down or speed it up, it is TOTALLY up to you. First lesson will always be focused on setting you up for success. I can tutor all ages. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Special Education, but can teach all levels.
