I visually see for the students capacity in the practice of yoga, and their strength and flexibility, according to thati plan the session for the students.I can teach from begginers level to intermediate level of yoga. I personally have interested in teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation. I have trained in therapeutical yoga. Would like to concentrate on their body and health issues.
